Acquisition Marketing for Health Information Management (HIM) Firm 

 

Situation: A national healthcare information management company (HIM) wanted to grow their business rapidly and had goals of being acquired by a larger consulting organization. HIM regulations were challenging their growth strategy. As they modified their direction, they needed a full-service marketing company that specialized in branding and promotion.

Process: We developed a full range of marketing pieces including everything from logo creation to business cards, brochures, newsletters, corporate folders, to nationally placed advertisements, to standard operating procedures, (SOPs), we designed and wrote content for all external publications. Our client’s revenue increased substantially. They won numerous awards and were named to INC. 100, ranked 93 of the INC 5000 entrepreneurial list as one of the fastest growing private US entrepreneurial companies. Three years later they were acquired by a top tier consulting firm.
