Case Studies for a Management Consulting Practice

 

Situation: A startup management consulting company was growing rapidly and needed to develop their website marketing materials. They asked PNW Partners to write case studies for publication on their website.   


Process: After reviewing our client’s service areas and market segments, we began the case study development process by briefly interviewing lead team members for each completed of their completed projects. We read the initial proposals and final reports delivered to their customers and synthesized the information to extract the highest value additions our client offered during their service tenure. We wrote a total of 18 case studies and implemented a system so the client can now easily add to their case study list immediately after completion of ongoing projects.
