Content Development for Consulting Firm

 

Situation: A consulting firm wanted to broaden their content offerings to clients through the creation, development, and management of a company insight blog and industry-specific white papers. They asked PNW Partners to work with their executive team to develop and write content, as well as manage the distribution and marketing of the materials.

Process: PNW Partners first established alignment between client expertise, service areas, and communication preferences. We then initiated our specialized process of 1) synthesizing insight, 2) establishing author voice, and 3) developing first drafts for executive team approval. We facilitated rapid communication and discussion around edits and changes, customizing for client communication preference (i.e., conference call, email, other). When requested, we also performed extensive additional research for more in-depth blogs and white papers, with the purpose of developing a strong perspective for the client. After publishing with team approval, we implemented metrics and analytics, which we delivered to the team biweekly with suggestions for promotional and content augmentation.
