Strategic Planning for an International Technical Procurement Firm


Situation: An international technical procurement and distribution firm needed strategy planning facilitation to develop their strategic plan and enable clarity and articulation of that plan throughout the organization.

Process: Our process began with developing an understanding of our client’s customers, suppliers and operations. We gathered internal and customer feedback through phone interviews and e-surveys. We drew conclusions, and developed interactive sessions to lead to a strategic plan for sustained competitive advantage. We also identified aligned distinctive activities that would enable them to realize that unique position. Our process was highly interactive, with small and large group training sessions over four days. It included direct instruction, interactive activities, and discussion. As follow-up, we developed customized and detailed take-away materials.
