Website Design, Strategy and Launch for a Management Consulting Company
Situation: A management consulting company was experiencing growth and needed to quickly develop their website marketing materials. They asked PNW Partners to write case studies for publication on their website.
Process: After reviewing our client’s service areas and strategic goals, we worked collaboratively with the CEO and website programmer to develop a robust, user-friendly website that appealed to their industry and B2B market segments they were targeting. We also developed a shared RACI worksheet to ensure project needs, process efficiency, deadlines and common agreement on responsibilities and communication needs. We reviewed the website from the user perspective, detailing website navigation, functionality and all design elements including photography, colors and page formatting. We worked with the CEO to develop content and promotional activities (including Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns), both for the actual website as well as an ongoing blog series. The website saw 500+ unique visitors over a short period of time, as well as significant traction for the blog (~3,000 readers).
